Our Black Forest follows Orlando’s mother German heritage recipe. Chocolate sponge cake deep filled with fresh whipped cream, Cravo & Canela’s own crème patisserie, cherry compote and Kirsch liquor. Beautifully decorated with fresh whipped cream, milk Belgian chocolate shavings and very thin chocolate slabs atop.
Our Cakes are sold in four sizes, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and 14oz.
