Named after Morena Baccarin; this cake was inspired by the beautiful red shades of summer berries*. Our soft sponge chocolate cake is layered with chocolate cream and fresh whipped cream, moistened with a little brandy. Wrapped with dark Belgian chocolate and decorated with a selection of seasonal red berries. A luxurious cake for that very special occasion.
*Cherries stones are not removed – Redberries are seasonal and we may replace fruits as per availability (e.g no cherries available we may replace it with blueberries)
Our Cakes are sold in four sizes, 8in, 10in, 12in and 14in.
